Skill Details for: Sample_Player

Hands played preflop

17 % hands were played. Optimal range is 13-17 %.
VPIP means Voluntarily Put Money in Pot. It is measured in percent of the given holecards that the player has chosen to played (big blind not included since that is not voluntary).
If you play too many hands your opponents will often start with a better hand.
If you play too few hands you will have fewer opportunities to win money and you will become easy to read.

Hands raised preflop

10 % hands were raised. Optimal range is 9-14 %.
PFR means Preflop Raise. It is the percentage of hands the player has been raising with before the flop.
If you raise with too many hands, your opponents will notices this and take advantage of your inferior holdings.
If you raise with too few hands you will not benefit from winning the blinds uncontested and you will not put pressure on your opponents.

Hands called preflop versus raised

1,7 hands were called versus raised. Optimal range is 1,2-1,5.
VPIP / PFR shows how many hands you play compared with how many you raise with. The best players are raising most of the time when they decide to play a hands.
If this factor is too high, you limp with too many hands - and this does not seem to be a successful strategy.
If the factor is too low, that probably means you are raising from the blinds too often.

Raise the raiser

3,3 % hands were 3Bet. The optimal range is 3,5-5.
3Bet means raising a player who has already raised. This is the percentage of time, when given the opportunity that you have raised the raiser (on all streets).
If this factor is too high it means that you are bluffing or reraising with weak holdings and this can be identified by your opponents and taken advantage of.
If this factor is too low, you are not getting enough money on your best hands and might be outdrawn to often by weaker hands.

Stealing the blinds

31 % steal attemps were made. Optimal range is 28-45 %.
This is the percentage of time when no one has opened the pot that you raise from cutoff, button or small blind.
If you try to steal too often, the blinds will notice and can reraise or call with far better hands.
If you do not try to steal enough, you loose opportunities to get the blinds without a fight or to play from position. Few players try to steal too often - a lot of players do not steal enough.

Agressiveness

3,1 was the Agression Factor The optimal range is 2-5.
The Agression shows how often the player is making an aggressive move (betting or raising) versus a passive move (calling).
It is calculated by: ( Total Times Bet + Total Times Raised ) / (Total Times Called )
If the aggression level is too high opponents can take advantage by letting you do the betting when they have a strong hand.
If the aggression level is too low, you are giving opponents free cards when they are behind and you loose opportunities to make them fold stronger hands.

Fold to steal in small blind

76 % the small blind fold to steal attempt. Optimal range is 80-90 %.
SB Fold to Steal shows how often you fold to a steal attempt when you are in the small blind.
Since the big blind is left to act - and you will be out of position versus the stealer, you should fold most of the time.

Fold to steal in big blind

70 % the big blind fold to steal attempt. Optimal range is 70-90 %.
BB Fold to Steal shows how often you fold to a steal attempt when you are in the big blind.
Since you will be out of position versus the stealer, you should fold most of the time. But there is no one else left to act and you will have decent pot odds since you have already payed part of the price so you should not fold quite as often as from the small blind.
